1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GamiFIX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of GamiFIX after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Use of the Platform
GamiFIX is an e-learning platform designed for educational purposes. By using GamiFIX, you agree to: • Use the platform only for lawful and educational purposes • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform • Not share your account credentials with others • Not misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user • Not engage in any behavior that disrupts other users' learning experience
3. Account Registration
To access GamiFIX courses and features, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete information during sign-up • Keeping your password secure and confidential • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account GamiFIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Course Content & Intellectual Property
All course content on GamiFIX — including lessons, quizzes, text, images, and materials — is the intellectual property of GamiFIX and is protected by copyright law. You may not: • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content without permission • Use course materials for commercial purposes • Reverse engineer or extract content from the platform You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning purposes only.
5. XP, Badges & Leaderboard
XP points, badges, and leaderboard rankings are features designed to enhance your learning experience on GamiFIX. These have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed outside the platform. GamiFIX reserves the right to modify, reset, or remove XP, badges, or leaderboard data at any time without prior notice.
6. User-Generated Content
GamiFIX does not currently support user-generated content such as forum posts or comments. If such features are introduced in the future, users will be responsible for any content they submit, and GamiFIX reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
7. Availability & Downtime
We strive to keep GamiFIX available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. GamiFIX is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
GamiFIX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GamiFIX and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or inability to access the platform.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data including XP, badges, and progress will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. GamiFIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in any behavior that is harmful to the platform or its users.
10. Changes to These Terms
GamiFIX may revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of GamiFIX after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
