When you create an account on GamiFIX, we collect the following information: • Full name — provided during sign-up • Email address — used for authentication and communication • Password — stored securely via Firebase Authentication (we never store plain-text passwords) • Learning progress — lessons completed, quizzes taken, XP earned, and badges unlocked We do not collect payment information, phone numbers, or any sensitive personal data.

We use the information we collect to: • Create and manage your GamiFIX account • Track and display your learning progress and XP • Award badges based on your course completions • Display your username and XP on the leaderboard • Send password reset emails when requested • Improve the platform and user experience
4. Data Storage & Security
GamiFIX uses Firebase (by Google) for authentication and database storage. Your data is stored securely on Firebase servers. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Leaderboard & Public Visibility
Your username and XP points are visible to other users on the GamiFIX leaderboard. Your email address is never displayed publicly. If you do not wish your progress to be visible on the leaderboard, you may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings.
6. Cookies
GamiFIX may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and improve your experience on the platform. These are essential for the platform to function correctly. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.
7. Third-Party Services
GamiFIX uses the following third-party services: • Firebase (Google) — for authentication and database • Netlify — for hosting These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We do not sell or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

GamiFIX is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
